The Lastminute.com Group (formerly known as Bravofly Rumbo Group ) is a Multinational Group that is publicly traded in the online travel industry and has a number of brands including lastminute.com, Volagratis, Rumbo, Bravofly, Jetcost and Hotelscan.

History
The Lastminute.com group, founded in 2006, but traces its roots back to 2004, when Fabio Cannavale and Marco Corradino launched Volagratis, a search engine for low-cost airlines on the Italian market. In 2006, the organization was managed as a Group, its headquarters moved to Chiasso and embarked on an international expansion by introducing localized websites in Spain, France, Germany and the UK under the Bravofly brand. In March 2015 Bravofly Rumbo Group acquired lastminute.com and in May 2015 it changed its name to lastminute.com group.
