Lipotuck is a trademarked procedure in 2006, by Dr. A. H. Ahmadi. The procedure is a single cosmetic surgery that combines abdominoplasty (eg "tummy tuck") and liposuction.

Some abdominoplastic procedures, while removing the flesh from the stomach, do nothing to improve around the hips, thighs, and "grip of love." Or, the desired appearance can be achieved through several procedures: first tummy tuck, liposuction afterwards. Lipotuck adds a more traditional "tummy tuck" procedure with significant liposuction to the abdomen, hips, and thighs. This procedure is engineered to create curves that fit the traditional concept of female beauty. Lipotuck also includes the repositioning of the patient's abdominal button, as excess skin removed generally includes the original one.
A plastic surgeon in Australia described Lipotuck as a "safer" procedure for using tumescent liposuction, a "fatigue and fat-softening procedure," which "avoids bleeding." Lipotuck is also more routine, and can be done as an outpatient procedure. Lipotut can have a risk of seroma, which occurs when some fluids accumulate in the surgical area that requires a small incision to be dried afterwards.
The American Society of Plastic Surgeons does not currently recognize the term "Lipotuck" as an FDA-approved brand name for certain plastic surgical treatments. However, the term was successfully trademarked in 2006 by A. H. Ahmadi, a cosmetic surgeon at Sugar Land, Texas.

Active Usage
Lipotuck procedures are commonly used by plastic surgeons around the world; many procedures now use a combination of abdominoplasty, liposuction, and buttock contouring. Practitioners also began offering "mommy makeovers," which typically include a combination of liposuction and abdominoplasty among other enhancements, especially breast enlargement. This is called "mommy makeover trifecta."
