Plastic forming machines, or plastic molding machines, are developed on the basis of rubber machines and metal die-casting machines. Since the printing process of polymer injection and printing equipment in the 1870s, as an industrial, plastic-forming machinery was rapidly developed up to the 1930s, with the gradual commercialization of plastic molding equipment, injection molding and extrusion molding into the most common industrial processing methods. Blow molding is the third largest plastic molding method after injection molding method and blow molding extrusion, is also the fastest development of plastic molding method.

Plastic injection molding machine

Plastic injection molding machines are usually called injection molding machines for the short term, using injection and printing methods. Thermoplastic plastic injection molds and thermoset plastics are made from various molding equipment of plastic products.

Plastic extrusion machine

For plastic extrusion machines, plastic extruder is usually called host, and the follow-up equipment is called plastic auxiliary equipment. With about 100 years of development, plastic extruder is derived from single screw into twin screw, multi screw or no screw and other models. Plastic extruder (host) can match with pipe, film, holding material, monofilament, flat, packing tape, overcrowded tissue, plate (sheet) material, profiles, granulation, cable coating and other types of plastic printing aids, various plastic extrusion production lines, to produce various plastic products. Therefore, either now or in the future, plastic extrusion machines are widely used in the plastic processing industry.
